Description
My name is Mella and I am 20 years old. I am from Kerry in Ireland. I have been travelling in Australia since May. During that time I have traveled from Melbourne to Cairns and done the whole of the east coast! I worked on a farm outside Byron bay on a farm stay. I was mainly working with the animals, which were mainly cows, pigs, goats, sheep and chickens! I am a huge animal lover. I was also a barista in their cafe. I worked on a vegetable farm for a month and learned everything about growing vegetables and the care that goes into them. I learned to appreciate the amount of work that goes into growing fresh and organise produce. I have a passion for cooking and baking and in September 2018 I completed a 3 month cookery course. After that I went to Seville where I worked on a orange farm which was a very unique and interesting experience. Then I worked as a barista in Granada and in a restaurant in London before heading to Australia. I am a enthusiast and motivated person. I love to get stuck into everything and always up for an adventure :)

What else ...
Between the two of us, we have extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from front of house and bar work to cheffing. This has been for both small intimate parties as well as large scale events. Cooking and hosting together is something that we love doing for both close friends and new ones. We have both grown up in the countryside by the sea and throughly enjoy exploring, this has also allowed us to build up experience with woodwork, gardening and water sports. We are both animal lovers with many family pets at home, we have also done plenty of pet and house sitting together.
