Description

Hello there! My name is Cole,

I'm 27 years old and am travelling to Vietnam so that I can broaden my horizons and meet new people. In the past I have stayed with both Workaway and WWOOF hosts all around the world and have always enjoyed those experiences. I've an abundance of little skills which I think make me a handy volunteer to have around. In particular I've got lots of experience teaching and tutoring, gardening and in horticulture and in carpentry and construction. At home in New Zealand I've worked as a biologist, a bartender, a mental health worker, a teacher, a research intern and a conservation worker.

In my own time I really love to cook! I also love to do creative things like reading, writing, painting, sculpture, wood carving and making music. I'm a social person by nature so am excited by any oppourtunity to meet new people and make new friends. :)

I am trained as a scientist and mental-health professional. I have taught english writing skills, laboratory science in the past. I love to read, write, paint, sculpt, garden, build and learn anything. I have experience working as a carpenter and have done lots of other DIY projects in my time.
