Hey Ho overthere - My name is Maya, I’m 20 years old, from Germany and on my way to work & travel my way through Latin America. I grew up in the countryside and my childhood/upbringing was profoundly influenced by the surrounding nature, my mum's interest in gardening as well as my urge to experiment and explore. Since my young ages I was into activities such as reading, crafting, dancing and walks in the forest. My heart grew also close to photography, yoga, hiking, adventures and travels. Moreover, I enjoy having my morning coffee while it’s pouring outside, jumping through puddles, going out with my friends to party, sharing heartwarming conversations with strangers, and discovering new music. I would describe myself as handy in terms of general tasks in housekeeping, cooking, gardening, maintenance and basic IT-skills. As strengths of mine I would count coordinating and organizing, creativity, critical thinking and adaptability. When being a part of ecological and social projects, I can bring forward responsibility and awareness. I enjoy working with both people and animals, but I am equally comfortable working independently. Furthermore I am always open to learning new skills in various fields. Woodworking and crafting especially caught my eye, just as herbalism and food cultivation.
