About Max:
Since I was 13 years old and so I developed a wide range of skills through several jobs such as:
Construction: repairs, construction, dismantling, proactive troubleshooting, renovation, painting, maintenance and grounds keeping.
Hotel business at InterContinental Lyon: Layouts organisation, service and hospitality at banqueting events. Hospitality, housekeeping and cooking.
Brand Marketeer at Red Bull FR: Implementation of creative marketing actions, customer follow-up, event organisation.
Babysitting: sensitivity, understanding, creativity, patient and listening skills.
During all my experciences, my organisation, proactivity and good sense have always helped me to overcome challenges and learn new skills.

About Armelle:
Working since I am 15 years old, I had many different experiences that helped me to develop skills.
•⁠ ⁠I used to coach for 3 years, group of children (6 to 10 years old) for athletic practice, while I had to create games to help them to discover sport and their motor ability.
•⁠ ⁠I have been a farm worker during 2 months in corn growing.
•⁠ I have been a housekeeper in a holiday center where I learn to clean rooms, sanitary, common areas and to do service for breakfast, lunch and diner. It's was a great team experience where my sens of hospitality has been very useful.
•⁠ ⁠I also worked as a sales woman in a running store and as an administrative assistant as a student job.
•⁠ ⁠My last job, I was a junior CSR projet manager for Leon Grosse in Paris. During this experience, I developed my project management, event organisation skills. I used to analysis risks, set objectives and implement action plan within a multidisciplinary team. I had to train and to raise awareness about challenges of sustainable development.
In all my jobs, my curiosity and proactively helped me to learn fast. Organized and hard worker I always do my best for my missions.
My interpersonal skills and curiosity have always been helpfull to integrate myself in new environments.

About Max:
I played rugby for 15 years so I still love play with the ball when I can!
I'm a songwriter and singer so I would love to share my passion with you!
I like to be mostly outside to enjoy nature.

About Armelle :
I used to practice athletic for 13 years.
I love being outside and practice physical activities.
I played clarinet for 7 years (classical, jazz and Klezmer) and I love dancing. I think Music is a great way to connect to people in many different ways.
