Hi everyone!
I'm Matteo, 33 yo. Born and raised in southern Italy.
I lived for a while in Tuscany, Poland, Mexico, french Caribbeans and California.

(Answering to someones' bio:
I don't look for fun, parties or romances.
I have no addictions.
nothing in particular I'm running away from.)

I'm a person who love to look at the life as an unpredictable flow where is useless to complain.
Solutions are welcome, or at least commensurate attemps.

My best skills/hardware Fantasy, intelligence and resilienc...oh no, I said resilience. sorry.
I love life, nature, interesting project with pragmatic issues.
I like black humour
I can cope with politically correct and woke culture
Don't really like conspiracy theorists, talking about astrology. (boring)

I have studied then worked as a nurse for few years.
Then I quit to travel with my dogs and work abroad as a:
pizza chef, assistant chef, tour leader, ceramist and gardener.

I'd like to find a place where I can be helpful and learn more about
off-grid living, eco-building, permaculture, self-sustainability, winecolture.

I have passion for pizza and cooking in general.

thinking about future can't figure out where I will stop at.
For now I'd like to avoid, mess, traffic and big cities.
I would be glad to improve my social and technical skills sharing art, cooking skills and stories and taking ispiration from people who run interesting and original projects.
mind that I travel with two lovely and really calm dogs. they are very cute.

Matteo is a great worker and adapted to learning new building skills very quickly to a good standard. I think it took him time to get used to the house rules but he did in the end.
His dogs are lovely and calm companions. They did excrete anywhere they felt the need to which was an extra thing to clean up.

I spent two weeks and a half helping Alessandro and his mom at their dog center and It was super! Your main task Is to walk dogs around 2,5 hours in the morning and the same in the Afternoon with a Lot of spare time, cozy accomodation and food provided. Such a pity I had to leave to continue my travel :D if u love dogs this will be your place.

The experience was perfect. I stood at the hostel one month less or more. I planned to stay more but because of the sanitary emergency in Europe I decided to leave earlier.

we spent three weeks at Alessandro's place. the house was really nice located in a nice area on the hills with the sea in the distance. the job requests are various from house sitting, maintenance, restoration and so on.
