We’re Venla and Marta, two friends travelling around South East Asia, ready to learn, grow and explore the world together:)

Description

Hi! We’re Venla, 26, an assistant psychologist from Finland, and Marta, 28, a nurse from Spain. We live in London, where we met. We built an international group of friends, and realised how much we love connecting with people from different cultures. Now we’re heading off to travel through Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, and we’re hoping to find Workaway hosts where we can help out, learn, and be part of the local community.

We’re friendly, reliable, and open-minded, and we’re both used to working with people in our jobs. In London, we love going to workout classes, exploring the city, painting, and going to social events. We're now ready for a new chapter - learning more about the world (and ourselves) while travelling.

We are two very sociable friends who really enjoy meeting new people, as well as learning about different cultures.
We work in healthcare, we love working with people and we can provide first aid.
We also love painting and DIY projects. We are creative, hands-on, and enjoy bringing new ideas to life, so we believe we could contribute with original and practical creative projects.
One of us follows a vegetarian lifestyle and both of us share a deep respect for animals. We would be really happy to take care of them.
