We are very interested in learning Swedish and Spanish. We have some vocabulary and try learning on Duolingo but we are far from actually speaking these two languages.

Kris is a 40 year old PHYSIOTHERAPIST working with adults and children, providing them with different kinds of physical therapy and healing. He does acupuncture, cupping, massage as well as manual therapy and likes to look at things from a spiritual point of view. This means that he likes to treat the cause of peoples problems, not only the symptoms. He loves hiking, swimming, building and enjoys basketball very much. Kris is a gentle, caring human and wants to heal as many people as possible!
Maria is a 39 year old artist and a DRONE PILOT who used to be a professional chef and has a lot of experience. She loves music, animals & nature and enjoys her photography outdoors and flying her drones. She is filming DJ Tiesto and others at Creamfields festival, UK this summer! She has a you tube channel, called BUDA SPIRIT.
Maria used to run a restaurant in Greece, she was a private chef in a castle in Italy, cooked on several YOGA retreats and is incredible at baking. Maria supplied several local deli shops (here in the UK) with her delicious vegan cakes and occasionally wedding cakes.
Her favourite form of art is painting but she gets involved in different projects. During the pandemic, she learnt how to do macramé and opened a web shop with it. She is great with digital things, such as marketing and using social media to grow your business.
Mirabel is a 11 year old artistic soul who loves to paint, dance, sing and enjoys a lot of swimming. She is fascinated by animals, even little chickens! She is a proud owner of three gerbils and looks after them very well. Mirabel is very talented and such a beautiful, caring human being.
We love to forage and learn about different edible plants and mushrooms. This involves preserving food for winter, making tinctures, syrups, jams and pickles. We rent a huge garden here in England and grow our food. There is something magical about kissing a little seed and giving it life, watching it grow and harvesting your very own produce that has not been chemically treated.
We all love adventure and really enjoy working with our hands. When we go on trips or travel for holidays, it is always filled with a lot of fun experiences, we love to explore and learn about new places and people. We got married in Sweden, on a frozen lake as VIKINGS in a tiny but genuine ceremony. Our last trip was to Iceland this year and you can see some amazing footage on Maria's channel.

We are a very active family and we love going to forests, mountains, lakes and observe nature. Our biggest dream is to relocate to Sweden and have our own land where we possibly can provide retreats for people!
