Hello world!
We are travellers from Italy and France currently living in an eco community in Greece.
We have knowledge and experience in permaculture with hands-on practice in agroforestry system and organic market garden. Experience in pruning and harvesting (grapes, apples, avocados, olives), seeds nursery, preparing vegetable beds and in general following the principles of permaculture in the social aspect of people care and fair share and in the sustainable aspect of earth care.
Some knowledge in water management.
We both have experience in natural building with different techniques: wattle and daub, straw clay, earthbags, abobe bricks, lime & earthen plaster and some tadelak. Jerome has some knowledge also in carpentery.

We like to discover the rural life when we travel, connecting with people that love nature and have a dream or a project through a more self sufficient life style, creating a network of sustainable practices.

Happily vegan, I believe in the positive impact we can have on our planet, the reason why I would love to deepen my knowledge about plants and natural environment. I like to cook vegan dishes and experiment different recipies and I will gladly cook for my hosts if wanted :)

Permaculture way of caring about earth, people and animals. Experience in pruning, a little bit of grafting, compost, mulching, planting and seeding, teku cana, biofertilizers. I harvested olives, apples, grapes, avocados, almonds.
Two year experience in natural building (cob, strawclay, earthbags, natural plaster with lime, tadelakt technique); in this field I had the opportunity of being a learner and also a trainer for groups of volunteers both taking part and facilitating natural building workshops.
