We are Jenna (20) and Mara (19) and come from a small town in Germany. We are friends for a long time already and both love to travel and to explore new countries and cultures. We come from a rural area with lots of farms and nature and grew up with animals since our early childhood. We have two younger siblings each and are very familiar and are good with children. We are very active in our freetime and like to play badminton and volleyball, go for bike rides or go for long walks :)

We graduated from school this year and decided to make some money for the last few months and worked at a big spice factory in shiftwork.
We also had several jobs over the last years and gained many different experiences and skills in different fields. We both have experience in tutoring teenagers english and german, we worked as waitresses at restaurants and and we have been helping out and working at the reception in both hotels and other establishments. We are both very fond of animals and grew up in a very rural area with lots of animals. Because we both have younger siblings and have taken care of children several times, we are very good with children.
As you can see, we are very adaptable and versatile. We are eager to learn and therefore also like to take on new tasks. :)

Mara and Jenna are fantastic! We really enjoyed having them stay with us and their work ethic is amazing. They played with the kids, did a great job weeding the garden, helped washing the walls before them being pained etc.
Our eldest daughter still talks about them. Enjoy the rest of your trip. We high.y recommend Mara and Jenna to everyone :)

Mara and Jenna are really lovely young women, polite, friendly and well educated. We really enjoyed having them stay. They worked hard and we are immensely grateful for their help. All the best with the rest of your travels in Aotearoa.
