Description
Hello world! I'm Maja, a 20-years old girl from the north of Germany. In summer 2024 I finished school and since than started my adventurous travel journey, exploring south-east Asia and Europe. I am very excited about learning a lot more about all different kinds of places, cultures, languages, nature and animals!
I have a lot of hobbies but especially working with animals and crafting are things that i really enjoy. Back at home I live with my family in an old house in a very small village so I grew up with animals, like my dog and guineapigs. Also I did horse riding and helped caring for chickens and horses. Additionally we have a big garden where I love to spend my time in. Here I do gardening, I grow cucumbers tomatoes and potatoes f.e. and help to build, paint or fix anything that needs fixing. With my friends I like to spend time on the beach playing volleyball, visiting festivals or crafting and 'DIY-ing'. I love to spend time in nature in general!
Also I have worked in a restaurant since I was 16 and helped children with their schoolwork, I enjoy helping a lot! I love learning new languages a lot!
Finally I would say that I am a rather quiet but still adventurous person that can easily adapt to new surroundings. I like meeting new people and especially, that you can learn something from everyone.

I love learning languages and I previously stayed in Portugal for a few weeks deconstructing a wooden cabin. There I've learned more about cooking a nice meal for everyone and how to work with wood.

Me and my friend Malin had a wonderful experience with Jack🤗! We could only stay for about a week because of a booked flight but we wished we could've stayed longer. He is a very opened minded and friendly person who loves to be active which was very nice! (Thank you for the paddle games ;))
