Description

My passion for exploring the world has been growing since 2012 and continues to shape how I live and work. I feel most at home in nature, especially when experiencing it through outdoor sports, meaningful work, and shared moments with others. Getting to know new people and immersing myself in different cultures is something I truly value, as it constantly broadens my perspective.

Workaway feels like a great way to combine all of this: learning new skills, sharing what I know, and connecting with locals in a genuine, hands-on way.

Back in Germany, I work as a vegetable gardener in a market garden setup. In September 2024, I completed my wild plant certification.
I’m always happy to help in gardens, share knowledge about growing vegetables, or support ongoing projects.
In the past, I also grew mushrooms as a hobby and still enjoy fermenting vegetables and brewing kombucha.

I’m also excited to improve my Spanish during my next travels.

I’ve been working as a vegetable gardener for five years now, and I’ve got a pretty good handle on things like making seedlings, preparing no-till or low-till beds, planting, caring for crops, and, of course, harvesting. I’ve been around animals since I was a child, and I’m always happy to take care of any kind – horses, chickens, goats, dogs, cats… you name it!

I’m also pretty determined. You could throw any kind of physical work my way, and I’d probably love it! Sports are such a big part of my life, so I really enjoy staying active.
