Hi, we are two french students from agronomic engineer school and we are looking to do a gap year in New Zealand. It’s the first time we’ll go this far away and we are looking forward to discover the diversity of this country ! We want to dive deep to understand your activities, your language and your culture.
Joseph is currently in French Polynesia for an internship about the manufacture of ice cream on the island. He is passionate about mountain sports (rock-climbing, paragliding, hiking, skiing)
Lucie is currently in Paris for an internship in nutrition at the ministery of health and care about food issues. Her center of interest are water activites, dance, climbing, cooking and also reading books.Interests

We are two students from agronomic engineer school, that's why we are able to deal with agricultural mission such as production or food transformation. We both have done internships in agrifood plants and have dealed with agricultural exploitations. We both enjoy outdoors activities such as, climbing, swiming or hiking. Joseph have done some job as children animator in summer camps. Lucie has restaurant experiences as barmaid and waitress and also fiew experiences as a seller. Were are really motivated to learn a lot about other things that we do not know and can't wait to learn from New Zealand and host culture.

We really listening to music and hope to exchange about it (Joseph also plays guitar). Lucie has done different kind of dance and is open to learning other one. We appreciate cooking food from different countries and hope to share it with the host.

We worked in his plum orchard (fencing, pruning, removing leaves, and fixing the trees to the wires...). The job was satisfying and not… read more
The job was really easy and Jeff was patient with us. We cleaned up bathrooms and bedroms everyday (not much than 2h/day) and also have done some painting.
