Description

We are Luca and Valentina from Italy! We are born in the city, but we strongly desire to learn to live outside it. We both work with images and our job is to be photographers and videomakers. For some years we have also been experimenting with more material activities such as carving and building with wood and modeling clay. We like to use our hands, to travel kilometers and kilometers, to stop people to ask, to lose our attention on the details of a landscape, trying to know the name and the use of each flower and plant, and learning how to be in respectful relationship with every insect and animal.

We signed up with a strong desire to work and discover ourselves in our relationship with others. To observe our desire to live near a forest and the path from that it is creating.

We are now traveling in India. We will stay here until May :) We would love to have the opportunity to be closer to this new culture and to learn a different way to take care of and approach the land and the world.

We can share love :) We like to enjoy art projects and activities. Valentina likes to dye fabric, pottery, crochet and knit, she is able to paint and she loves plants, flowers and gardening. Luca is an entry-level birdwatcher and he is a volunteer at LIPU, a conservation program for birds in Italy. He likes to carve and build with wood, but also to recycle and give new life to objects.

We would like to live in the countryside part of India and be more in contact with the local culture of the places we visit. We would love to enjoy practices like permaculture, eco-construction, regeneration of the soil, and nature conservation. We are both good workers, happy to take part in a project.

P.S. We are photographers and, if it's needed, we are happy to create some images for your project. But we are in India for traveling and exploring, so we have cameras with us, but for following and catching the flow of life and not for working :). Photography for us is mostly a medium to discover and investigate our journey into the Hearth.
