Hi, I'm Luca, 23 years old and coming from Luxemburg.
I am currently in Ecuador because I did an internship at a university in Quito for 2 months. Now I am going to Colombia and would love to do some workaways in order to get to know locals and the Colombian culture.
I'm often described as a relax and reliable person. I'm very open-minded and interested in a lot of topics.
In my free time I like to go bouldering in a gym or outdoors. Moreover I enjoy juggling (I am travelling with my clubs), playing volleyball or going hiking.

Hola, soy Luca, 23, de Luxemburgo. Vine a Ecuador por una pasantía en una Universidad en Quito, y ahora quiero viajar a Colombia. Me encanta hacer Workaway para encontrar gente local y conocer la cultura.
Frecuentemente, la gente me describe como una persona relajada y fiable. Soy de mente abierta e interesado en muchos temas. En mi tiempo libre me encanta el bouldering, malabarismo (viajo con mis clavas), el vóleibol y el senderismo.

At school I learned English, German and French, but we mostly learnt to write these languages, so I've to practice them orally. Besides I speak Luxemburgish as my native language.
I have experiences in working with a group of children as I helped to lead a circus course during this year.
I'd enjoy to teach you juggling :)
I've a basic knowledge in reparing a bicycle, because I converted an old bike into a fixie.
Moreover, I've some computer skills.
I just finished high school so I don't have so much practical experience, but am eager to learn new things.

Luca did a good job with all the tasks we gave him. He is a fast learner and we could trust him getting the job done without supervision. I had an amazing time in Filandia! It is a nice hostal to do a workaway. The vibe is very chill, its social, and you'll have a lot of free time. My work was very easy, mostly washing bedsheets and doing grocery shopping for the hostal. In my 2 weeks I just had one nightshift, but that was really chill as well.

Luca was a great volunteer. He was willing to do everything we asked and did it on his own. So he is very reliable, independent and social. He helped us wit a lot of cleaning, painting, gardening and entertaining the kids :) We would reccomend Luca to everybody who needs a good volunteer.

I had a great stay at Nout and Jolandas Hostel!
Mompiche is an amazing place if you want to surf, and to disconnect. I was there for 3 weeks in low season and it was extremely quiet in the village and in the hostel, so I read a lot, ate ice creams (they are delicious! Mein Workaway bei euch hat mir sehr gut gefallen:)
Ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir Workawayer hatten viele Freiheiten zB konnten wir morgens ausschlafen, uns bei der Arbeit zu jeder Zeit eine Kaffeepause gönnen oder einen Tag frei bekommen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann selbst mitentscheiden wie viel Arbeit man gerecht findet,… read more
