Description
Helloo, My name is Chloe.
I'm travelling from Devon, UK to Australia in January 2026. My interests are very broad but my main ones are music, food and nature/wildlife. I like to be outdoors and due to this I was an Explorer Scout leader, teaching kids and teens skills . I am also a bit of a twitcher (talking about birdwatching here lol) as well as loving identifying any other plants and animals. Due to this I like going out foraging because I combine this with my love of cooking. Music is very important to me, I like going to gigs in my spare time and I also am part of a dance group: Beltane Border Morris. In general there are very few subjects I don't have some interest in apart from golf but maybe even this could change..
I would love to meet more people and have them share their knowledge and passion for whatever they have interests in. -

More details about your skills
I have experience in conservation and land management from my previous role working for the Wildlife Trust. Specifically I gained experience in surveying, strimming, felling and fencing. I also had the opportunity to grow my skills in community engagement with the charity by working with Tavistock Primary School and running a foraging walk for the public. Other than the wildlife trust I have volunteered with other organisations on reserves and at an animal sanctuary and rescue centre.
I have done a lot of youth work having volunteered as a Explorer/Cubs leader for Scouts, at forest school and most recently went on to work as the leader for my local youth group at the Folk Preservation Society.
I have experience with food prep, catering and waitressing and have training in food hygiene. -
