Linda:
I'm at my happiest in a creative environment. Throughout my life I've been working professionally in different areas of entertainment and the performing arts. Such as; acting in theatre and film, lead singer for bands, hosting music festivals, and radio hosting. I also love to create anything and everything with my hands. This means, I almost always have some kind of project or DIY at home, it can vary from remaking a lamp and gardening, to making a piece of texture art. But stems consistently from creativity.

I'm a big fan of self development. I seek for the greater meaning of life. I believe that life is a journey and I'm here to grow.

My partner brings me a great deal of happiness as well, not only because he is an excellent chef and feeds me every day. We are both adventurous and we make a great team, we are unstoppable.

Benjamin:

For as long as I can remember, food has had its grip on me. frequently as a child, i found myself always assisting with family meals, and playing in the kitchen, long before I even knew what I was doing. This fascination however, eventually turned to passion, and passion, to infatuation, as I fell head over heels into the lovely world of the culinary arts.
I worked for close to 5 years in my home state of SC, moving from kitchen to kitchen, and taking every ounce of knowledge I could with me. At the age of 19 I was offered an incredible opportunity, and chose to move to Finland, where a whole new world of challenges awaited me. During the last 6 years living In Europe, I have worked as head Chef, Sous Chef, Personal chef, Private chef, Catering Director...the list goes on.. until I opened my own company in 2021 along with 2 restaurants, and a food truck. and decided to do them all at once :).

Now I am looking foreword to this next big step, as my girlfriend Linda and I will take a leap to the unknown and begin our world travels.

animal care, Crafts and building projects, construction, gardening, I'm a very fast learner, so just point me in the right direction and I will figure it out :)

I love to talk and imagine with others, from problem solving to shared memories, I believe that conversation and shared knowledge is a dwindling art that we should all exorcise

Linda:
Marketing is everything if you want your business to grow, this is something I can help you with! I've been the social media content creator and manager for 4 restaurants and one food truck since 2021. I take all my footage with my iPhone Pro 14. I make adds usually with Canva, edit pictures with Lightroom and I use CapCut for video editing.

Event planning and organizing.
I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years. All restaurants beeing little more of the upscale ones. I've worked as a waitress and shift manager. With this I knowledge, I got into event planning and organizing. With my background in both entertainment and restaurants I know what's required to host a successful event. My colleagues have jokingly said that I can help plan a event, make the invitations, decide the menu, serve the food and the wine, host it, take some pictures and videos on the side and then finally perform. I guess this could work in theory..

I've always been good with customer service and making people feel welcome.

I have basic gardening skills.I Have been growing tomatoes, peppers, herbs and flowers at home. I'm specifically interested in eatable flowers, since I love to decorate food with flowers.

I'm crafty, and I usually paint stuff to give them a ''face lift''.

I'm fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English. I'm currently studying Indonesian by my self.

Benjamin:

Anything involved in restaurant/hospitality I have 10 years experience in restaurants, catering, event planning etc... and have owned 3 businesses in the food sector myself

project management, I am used to leading groups of employees and find leadership and delegation a strength of mine.

Im very hands on, and love to work on projects, whether it be gardening, construction, brick/stone work, basic maintenance.. the list goes on, but I am not averse at all to hard work or intense labor, I was raised on a massive farm and spent the first 16 summer of my life taking part of all of the daily operations therein so it is nothing foreign to me.

Basic Computer/software skills, I am not a genius at it but I can guess my way around pretty well if need be.

Microsoft excel/word/powerpoint- passable.

I'm an outgoing social butterfly that also loves peace and quiet. A big time nature lover and food enthusiast. Competitive in games and sports but definitely a team player. I am and probably always will be, interested in spirituality.

Benjamin: always down for a laugh, and a sucker for adventure and adrenaline.
