Description
Hello :) I'm Lilith.
I'm practicing living from my heart and intuition and engage in things that move me. I feel the most connected when I'm in nature, writing or playing music, connecting with my body and dancing. I'm on a journey to fulfill my dreams and opening to what life has to offer to me from a more surrendered and curious place. What makes me happy is travelling, finding joy in the everyday life, serving and celebrating a community of like-minded people and learning practices that bring me closer to my truest nature.
I'm inspired by compassionate and mindful communication, radical self-responsibility as well as a life style that is sustainable for all beings. I try my best to live as zero-waste as possible and am excited to learn more ecological ways to live and produce food, like permaculture and foraging.

- Active listening, connecting with and understanding people on a deeper level
- I'd say I'm quite a visual person, that is I love creating and contributing to the visuals/design aspects of projects.
-I get enthusiastic about new tasks and learning new skills, yet also find curiosity in the routine. I enjoy organising and being structured as well as going with the flow and adapting to change.
- Mindful and non-violent communication and active listening is something that I find very important and try to practice to my best ability. I am trained as a trauma informed mindfulness teacher (MBSR, TSM), Breathwork facilitator (Holotropic/Rebirthing) and I have a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Neuroscience.
- I love celebrating differences and creating a safe space where everyone can be heard and seen as they are.
- I write music and play the cello and overall enjoy arts very much. I also enjoy plant-based cooking and foraging, and I love adding humour to mundane things.
- I have experience in starting and running a business, as well as in research and care industry.
