Hi, my name is Leonardo. I am a 22-year-old who recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Society. There are many reasons why I want to take on a challenge through Workaway. During my studies in Communication and Society, I developed strong communication skills and learned how to work effectively in a team. I also have a good understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.

In addition to my academic skills, I have practical experience in museum work. I currently work at Castello Sforzesco, a renowned castle and museum in Milan, Italy. Here, I have gained experience in managing visitors and handling customer service in the museum's bookshop, where I have learned to run a small shop selling books and souvenirs.

I am a reliable and responsible individual, capable of adapting to various situations and quickly learning new skills. I enjoy working outdoors and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I appreciate well-organized work and take pride in completing tasks efficiently, which gives me a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
