Hi, I'm Lena 😊
I'm 22 years old and always on the lookout for the next little adventure!
I'm currently studying to be a primary school teacher in Münster - with art, German, maths and educational science as my subjects. The semester break is coming up soon and I'm looking forward to gaining new experiences via Workaway 🌍✨
I'm creative, like trying out new things and love cooking and baking (I'm currently looking for the ultimate sourdough bread - maybe I'll find it with you?)
I also enjoy sport - especially running. I'm currently training for my first marathon! I'm curious to see how that will go haha:)
I have a lot of experience with children: I've coached two children's athletics groups, done several internships in primary schools and social institutions (e.g. with people with disabilities or addiction problems) and was able to spend a few months with a really great family in Spain through Workaway.
I like to help out - in the household, in the garden, with animals or wherever support is needed. If I can't do something yet, I'm happy to learn it!
I love animals very much. I have a dog that unfortunately has to stay at home in Germany. 🐾I also have a driving licence and have completed a first aid course.

I love cooking and trying out new recipes, even though it don´t always go as planned, it usually ends up tasting good :)
Additionally, I can also help around the house and take care of children. in general, I enjoy working with people. I have had the opportunity to do a several-week internship in Scotland at a facility for people with special needs, and in my free time I used to supervise children´s groups for a while. I like animals, which means I´m happy to help there as well. Furthermore, I have several years of experience as a waitress and basic knowledge in gardening and renovating. However, I am always eager to learn new things!
