I've been learning French for nearly a decade. My reading skills are excellent and I've begun to translate works of contemporary French poetry. I'm highly conversational and at times fluent, it somewhat depends on the context. And like most people I can understand much more than I can articulate.

Je peux vous aider de faire beaucoup des choses, et suis rapide à apprendre, mais je ne suis pas notamment qualifié de faire les choses qui exigent compétences techniques spéciales comme la construction, etc. Donnez-moi une occasion et je vous montrerai que je suis parfaitement capable d'apprendre. Aussi je suis bon avec les enfants. Je comprends que c'est preferable d'avoir une voyageuse d'aider avec les enfants, mais je suis très content de les s'occuper, de les enseigner l'anglais, etc.
