Currently travelling on the North Island with my van. Planning to stay here until September and then going to the South Island. I have no plan at all to be honest. Am a slow traveller.

Description

Currently traveling around NZ without a plan, I am just going to have faith that everything is going to work out. And that everything that comes on my path is meant to be.

I love the outdoors, nature and natural things. I really enjoy working in the garden or with animals. And am always keen to learn something new. That is one of the reason I am on Workaway. I am hoping to learn something new and to share some of my knowledge. Secondly, I am interested in meeting new people and learn from their way of life and culture.

Even though I enjoy being active and work hard, somehow that relaxes me. I also love to chill inside with a cup of tea and read a book or do some coloring.

I love beautiful things, art, a sun set or sun rise, the stars, the sound of water and the singing of birds.

Language is a beautiful form of communication and I think it is beautiful if one can speak more than one language. I beliebe it helps to understand the world, people or a culture better. I could teach Dutch, my native language, or German or English to beginners or intermediate. I am open to learn any language. Very interested in Spanish, Italian, Korean, Arabic, Russian

I studies Hospitality Management and have worked in the hospitality industry for the past 6 years, so I have gained many skills that involve customer service, projects, planning, working under pressure etc.

Working with people from another cultures is something I really enjoy. My native language is Dutch, apparantly difficult to learn, but I think it is fun to teach people a few Dutch words. I also speak German and of course English.

I enjoy organizing things, such as a trip or birthday parties. I have a great imagination and a creative mind

What else ...

I really enjoy board games. I even brought three small board games with me. Haven't had the chance to play them yet. Furthermore, I enjoy yoga and pilates. Would like to learn Ti Chi or Qi Gong. Also interesting in learning how to knit or embriodery.
