Léa, Lucas & Kiri 🐾
Hello!

We are Léa (30) and Lucas (28), a friendly and enthusiastic couple from France, traveling with our lovely 3-year-old cat Kiri. She’s very affectionate, loyal, and used to calm environments. She is clean, quiet, and adapts easily to new places.

We both have experience in childcare and food service. Léa is a certified youth worker and also holds a pastry diploma, while Lucas has a professional cooking qualification (CAP Cuisine) and has worked for many years in youth camps and activity centers. We’ve often worked together as a team and enjoy collaborating — we’re dynamic, caring, and easy-going.

We’re starting a new adventure in Ireland with the goal of discovering the country, improving our English, and connecting with locals. Eventually, we’d love to settle down and work in the restaurant industry, but first, we’re looking for a meaningful Workaway experience — a cultural exchange, a chance to learn and give back.

We would be happy to help with cooking, gardening, housekeeping, childcare, animal care, small projects, or simply sharing good meals and positive vibes. We love preparing food that brings people together, enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music, and are very comfortable around both animals and children.

We’ll be arriving in Ireland on October 8th and are looking for an opportunity for 2 weeks to 1 month.

We are a curious, sociable couple, always ready for new adventures! What we love most: meeting people, sharing knowledge, and enjoying good moments over a coffee… or even better, with a homemade cake (yes, we bake! 🍰).

Our skills are quite diverse: we love cooking, both sweet and savory, and we also have solid experience in special education. Supporting people in vulnerable situations has taught us to be attentive, patient, and adaptable (even to unexpected situations—very useful in daily life!).

We enjoy learning, discovering new ways of doing things, and sharing what we know. People often say we are dynamic, curious, and easygoing (well… except before the first coffee of the day 😉).

In short: we love helping, sharing, laughing, and living enriching experiences together and with others.
