What makes me happy is being outdoors, I have a true passion for nature and being outside. I have found love in many outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing and swimming. These activities motivate me and keep my healthy, I feel as if I am my best when I am able to spend time outdoors. Being happy and seeing other people happy around me motivates me, I love to make people laugh and smile and seeing that happen motivates me everyday.

Since I am only fluent in English, I am looking to expand my language skills, I have some basic skills in French and Italian, and am able to understand Spanish. I am looking to learn more about these languages and become more confident in speaking them.

My skills include cooking, cleaning, gardening and yard work, some renovation projects. I have always had a love for cooking, I cook for myself most of the time, but I enjoy cooking meals for my friends and family, I also have a love for baking. Cleaning brings me relaxation, I love having the space around me clean, it is quite therapeutic for me. Being outside in the yard or gardening also brings me joy, I have always kept plants, both indoors and outdoors, and during the summer here, keep a garden with flowers and vegetables. Along with this, I also do lots of yard work that is needed such as mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, and watering. I have helped my family out with some renovation projects like painting.

I also have a love for animals, I have two cats of my own and are friends to many other animals in my life. I have spent time volunteering at a dog shelter, this included feeding, cleaning, walking and playing with the dogs specific to their individual needs.

What else ...

I have been learning how to crochet over the last year and have completed some smaller projects. I have been working on a blanket and am excited to see how it will turn out. I enjoy reading pretty much any kind of book, especially nature books. I enjoy board games and card games like crib but I am always looking for new games to play. I love to talk and share stories, I am a very talkative person and I am always looking to make new friends and hear about others experiences.
