Hello! I’m Laura from Costa Rica, I’m 42 years old, and I’m excited to keep learning, helping others, and exploring the world through new experiences.
I’m a humble, responsible, and hardworking person, with a positive attitude and plenty of energy to contribute to different kinds of projects.
Spanish is my native language, and I have an intermediate level of English; I communicate well and keep practicing every day.

What motivates me?

What kind of projects am I looking for?

I’m open to all kinds of hosts: farms, families, hostels, eco-projects, rural communities, or creative spaces.
I adapt easily and enjoy helping wherever it’s needed.

Estoy abierta a todo tipo de anfitriones: granjas, familias, hostales, proyectos ecológicos, comunidades rurales o espacios creativos.

We are a friendly and hardworking duo with diverse experience and a positive attitude.

I (Laura) have experience in childcare, general cleaning, basic gardening, hostel help, and pet care. I worked for many years in customer service, so I’m used to being responsible, friendly, and solving problems with a smile. I enjoy working with children and animals and I’m always happy to help with daily household tasks like laundry, organizing, or preparing simple meals. I learn quickly, I adapt easily, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.

Andrés has strong experience in agriculture and animal care, and he enjoys helping people in any way he can. He is reliable, hard-working, and very respectful. He’s used to working outdoors, doing physical tasks, and supporting with general maintenance, gardening, or farm work.

We are both responsible, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. We work well independently and as part of a team. We love learning new things, connecting with people, and supporting meaningful projects with a positive attitude.

What else ...

Like every human being, we’re not perfect—and we each have our own personalities. For example, Laura can be a bit quiet and serious at first… people often say they thought she was grumpy just because of her face 😅 —but once they get to know her, they realize she’s warm, kind, and full of good energy. She also enjoys spending time on her own, but loves sharing meaningful moments with others.

Andrés is calm, respectful, and always ready to help. He’s the type of person who doesn’t talk much at first, but shows who he is through actions. He enjoys peaceful environments, nature, and having deep, real conversations.

We’re both very emotional and sensitive people 😭, and we don’t tolerate cruelty or any kind of discrimination. We believe in kindness, equality, and mutual respect. Communication is important to us, so we try to express our emotions openly and honestly.
We truly hope to connect with people along the way, share cultures, and learn together. A couple of souls from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 will be happy to lend you a hand whenever you need it.
