Hey there!

My name is Kristina, I'm 21 years old and I'm excited to try my first solo travelling this year.
I am taking a gap year from my bachelor studies in International relations and I really look forward to the change of scenery.
I love to travel - meeting new people, learning new cultures, trying different food and living in a new and unique environment. I am an open-minded person, who is simply seeking new opportunities to help with my personal growth and I am ready for any challenges and adventures coming my way.
I hope to get out of my comfort zone while experiencing new situations and learning a lot of new things. However, If you are up for it, I am more than happy to share my knowledge and tell you more about my country and share the culture of Slovakia:)

I would appreciate it very much, If there was an opportunity to learn Spanish, since it's a language I'm currently trying to be better at. On the other hand I will gladly try and teach you as much as I can in English or my mother tongue (Slovak) in case you're interested:)

I have experience in working with people and dealing with uncomfortable situations. I was a barista, where communication was the key to a nice environment and I'm a very friendly person. I also tried a few other jobs, so I'm quick to pick up new things. I speak English, my native language Slovak. I'm a beginner in Russian and I'm trying to learn Spanish.
I am happy to help you with any type of work that you need and I hope that by the end of this experience both of us will be left with a pleasant impression of each other and new knowledge, as well as a friend.

What else ...

I had been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 14 years of my life, so even though I stopped doing this sport, I still really enjoy to dance and try different activities. I love playing games (card/table games) and socialise with the people. I am pretty much open to any new idea and if our personalities click I'd love to explore new places together.
