Hi! We’re Katy (31) & Max (28), a friendly French couple traveling around Southeast Asia (Jan–May 2026). This is our first Workaway abroad and we’re super excited to meet locals and learn new skills!
We love animals, nature, teaching, cooking, and helping wherever we can — from gardening to welcoming guests. We’re easygoing, reliable, and love sharing stories and smiles. Looking forward to connecting and giving a hand! 🌿🐾

Yes! We’d be happy to help with language learning. Katy has a background in teaching and has already created learning programs, so she loves organizing fun and meaningful English lessons. Max enjoys group activities and great conversations — he’s patient, attentive, and makes people feel comfortable practicing new languages. We’d both love to share English or French while also learning some local phrases in return! 🌍🗣️

We’re a motivated and easygoing French couple who love helping out and learning new things!
We both have IT backgrounds — Max is great with tech and problem-solving, while Katy enjoys supporting people and teaching.
Katy has also worked in camps and guest environments — organizing kids’ activities, reception, cleaning, and bar service. Max has experience in laundry, shop management, and basic maintenance.
We equally love animals and nature: dogs, cats, gardens, and even chickens!
We’re hands-on, responsible, and always happy to share a laugh while getting the job done.

We love meaningful exchanges and discovering local culture beyond tourism.
Curious and open-minded, we enjoy learning through practice — whether it’s cooking new dishes, trying local crafts, or learning from people’s stories.
In our free time, we like hiking, snorkeling, exploring markets, and spending time with animals.
We’re also fans of board games, photography, and simple moments shared around good food.
We travel light, but with a lot of motivation, kindness, and smiles!
