Description
We both love being outdoors, going hiking, running, sitting in a park or on the beach so if we can get a little sun and green plants and some movement, we are pretty content.
Marian:
I have a passion for winter sports, specifically free skiing. But I am fascinated by all kind of sports and outdoor activities. I just finished my Bachelors Degree in Atmospheric Sciences and am keen to learn and see new things while traveling. Generally i am really happy if i can do jobs where i am active and not just sitting around all day.
Katie:
I love animals and am planning to start a master's program on Animal cognition and behavior in October (back in Austria) additionally to my Psychology studies in order to become a scientist.
It also makes me happy to create (drawing, painting, playing the piano, knitting, crocheting etc) but sadly I have neglected that a bit lately. Lastly, I simply enjoy learning new things, facts or skills of any kind, always seeking to improve myself :)

Katie has good experience with kids having worked in a summer camp for the last three summers. She also loves crafts and games and is very interested in learning languages.
Marian also has experience with kids but specifically as a ski instructor. He also has a lot of experience doing garden work. (worked at a Gardening Company in the summer for the last three years (one month each) doing a lot of lawn mowing, shrub trimming/ pruning hedges, assisted with tree felling).

We think that workaway could be a great opportunity for us to see a lot of New Zealand on a budget while at the same time expanding our knowledge and skills and spending time in nature.
