Kate:
I am an easy going, laid back Kiwi born and raised in New Zealand. I have a Bachelor of Design (Communications) and am very creative and tech savvy. Back in NZ I worked in a Marketing and Graphic Design role.

I love all animals and am very passionate about sustainability and helping preserve our planet. I am currently traveling and am enjoying experiencing new cultures, although missing my cat back home! I am vegetarian but have no problems being around meat eaters, as my partner well and truly makes up for my lack of meat consumption.

Matthew:

I am a friendly and easy going guy with a strong connection and love for all things outdoors. Whether its climbing mountains, surfing, swimming or skiing you can count me in! I'm always doing something active.

I have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and worked as a structural engineer for two years at a consulting firm in NZ before leaving to travel.

We have recently been granted our 12 month Working Holiday Visas for the Netherlands, and can’t wait to experience some local living and culture before we settle.

Our stay with Marie Antionette and Mark was amazing. They are both friendly, thoughtful and very hospital hosts. This was a very different experience for us but overall enjoyable nonetheless. We had some interesting conversations about different beliefs. Irene is lovely and very welcoming and friendly.
