Hello everyone !

We are Juliette and Antonin, two french people from North of France.
We have both 29 years old and go to our 30 this year !
We currently live in Lille. A great city with very good food and beer, and also with lovely people.

From end of July 2023, we will travel during one year in Japan with a working holiday visa.
We love travels and we had the opportunity to discover several countries in Europe together or with friends. Since many years, we would like to travel a whole year in Japan to discover more about its culture, its people and also to simply enjoy life.

With the volunteering, we are searching for experiences in nature, sharing Japanese daily life, helping meaningful projects, cultural exchanges and meeting peoples.
We would like to learn new skills and also share ours. We are motivated, quick learner, proactive, respectful and smiling workers ! We are not scared to work outdoor and to do physical works (Antonin is a former volunteer firefighter).

In Lille, Antonin works as occupational health and safety and Juliette works as Research and Development Engineer in medical devices company.

We love cooking, doing sports, reading, playing board games and video games.
We are also animals lovers.

We are looking forward to meet you and be useful for your project.

More details about your skills

We both do cooking well with different ingredients (vegetarian food mainly). We can both teach French.
We both work as chief of project so we can plan and manage few people at work or be self-sufficient at work if needed.
At home, we did some home-improvement (painting, assembling furniture, laying a floor...) so we can do light works and all cleaning related.

Antonin has some experience in simple wood-building and gardening, due to helping his grand-father during summer holidays.
Juliette has some experience in DIY, sewing and creating arts. She also worked few month in an industrial kitchen.
