Hi! I'm Júlia, I'm 28 years old and this is my first time using Workaway.

For a while now, I've been wanting to embark on a volunteering adventure in Ireland — ideally somewhere close to nature, where I can meet people to share experiences and practice my English.

I consider myself a calm, friendly, empathetic person who’s open to new experiences. In my free time, I enjoy the little things: reading a good book, hiking in the mountains, or having a relaxed, heartfelt conversation.

I consider myself a friendly, empathetic, inclusive, and flexible person. Respect for nature and animals is essential to me.

Since I was little, I’ve been going to camps with people my age, so I feel very comfortable in the mountains. I enjoy spending my free time finding a balance between sharing experiences with others and enjoying time on my own.

I can play a few simple songs on the guitar and ukulele, and I have a natural ease with languages. In Catalonia (where I live), I’ve worked in customer service and taken part in volunteer projects focused on restoring the surroundings of a rural house.

I love discovering other cultures and sharing knowledge about my own :)
