How are you doing?

My name's Julia, I'm 21 and from Germany, near Munich.

I'm a university student, studying English and French in order to be a teacher one day.

I'm pretty new to workaway and if I'm being honest I never travelled alone, just with my family and friends. But you have to start someday, right 😊?

The only experience with travelling on my own, was a student exchange with France (it was pretty amazing :D )

I've always enjoyed being abroad, getting to know new cultures and meeting new people.

I'm looking forward to using all these amazing offers of workaway. I'm eager to learn new cultures and really excited to getting to know new people.

I'm also always happy to have opportunities to really talk in English or French and to improve my language skills.

I'm an adventurous person but also happy to spend my time at home, reading books or being creative and paint or draw something new.

I love music and everything it has to offer. Singing brings me immense joy and going to concerts is my favourite hobby.

I hope that I get the opportunity to travel to Scotland, Ireland, England and Canada :).

I come from a family that travels a lot and I'm eager to continue to do so.

I'm excited to start my journey on workaway and looking forward to meeting nice hosts.

I have experience in babysitting and I took part in an art program for children up to 10 years old. I also have a younger sister :-) I am very patient. I've been sharing a home with my cat for 14 years now. I have experience with dogs as well. I love everything about languages ​​and only read and watch movies in English. I am open and interested in everything new. I have been working in the catering industry on the side for a few years.
