Description
Dear reader,
my name is Josi and I am an open-minded young woman from Germany! I love nature, yoga, healthy food, gardening, unicycling, sewing, cooking, playing parlour games, climbing, playing the piano and lots of other things. I am warm-hearted and I love to connect to new people, listening to their stories, understanding their feelings and diving into other cultures :)
I have studied environmental and sustainability sciences, worked for Greenpeace on a voluntary basis and taught children about ecology and a sustainable lifestyle. I grew up in a small city in northern Bavaria together with three older siblings and now I have sweet little nephews and nieces, who I often like to play with. I travelled through New Zealand and Australia for 7 month doing workaway. I made experiences with gardening, farming, childcare, household and hospitality.
Right now I am living in Berlin working as a team lead for an association for food without genetic engineering. While we are trying to not letting the big agricultural corporations taking over our food system, I try to create a workplace for my collegues, which is full of love, safety, compassion, mindfulness and mutual understanding for feelings and triggers.
While I am working with my laptop most of the time, I am very much looking forward to get to know you and doing some practical work! :)

Fiona and the boys are very welcoming and friendly!! The food is amazing and you can always add on the shopping list what you love to eat :). The work is not to much, so plenty of time to explore Brisbane.
