Hi, we are Josepha and Lukas, a couple from Germany. We just finished school and wanted to take a year off before we will enter university. We are both interested in meeting other people, experience different cultures and learning more about nature and sustainable living. We are open-minded, always positive and motivated to provide the help that is needed.
We both grew up with animals and are used to working with them. Besides, we love to eat healthy vegetarian food especially vegetables from our own garden ;). Apart from that we enjoy being active in nature, being creative and having many people around us.
We decided to join Workaway because we are fascinated by the variety of opportunities it offers as well as the uncomplicated way to connect with other people and participate in their projects.
Although we added just a few countries as our travel destinations we are also open for work in other countries because the project is what matters the most to us.

We both have a lot of experiences in working with animals, especially with animals like horses, dogs,chickens and sheeps. We also know a few things about gardening and sustainability and Josepha is a great cook by the way. Lukas can play the cello and could also teach it to others. We both speak english more or less fluently and know the basics of russian. We are not hesistant to work with children since we both have experiences in social work.
