Hello! I’m Joe, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Workaway community alongside my partner of three years, Ellie. We both share a deep passion for adventure, learning, and making meaningful connections with people and animals alike. One of the things that make this journey special is that I study online with a flexible schedule, allowing me to balance work and learning seamlessly while we travel. Ellie works remotely as a Data Scientist, which gives her the flexibility to join me on our adventures. She holds a degree in Animal Science, which complements our shared love for animals.
We’ve had the incredible opportunity to do a Workaway together on a farm in Kenya, where we worked closely with a local family and enjoyed every moment of it. Ellie’s experience with Workaways, coupled with her adventurous spirit and deep love for animals, has been a huge inspiration to me. She’s participated in several Workaways over the years, and together, we’re eager to continue meeting new people, embracing new cultures, and contributing our skills and enthusiasm wherever we go.
