Greetings!!
I spent about 7 years in Central America living semi off grid in the volcanic jungles. This included time in luxury hostel and retreat center management, intentional communities and very unique living!
While there, I was the founder and chief facilitator at Ometepe Yoga Academy. We offered Teacher Trainings, private classes, breathwork, reiki, Tantra Retreats, Yoga Immersions and Jivamukti Yoga.
I spent most of my time there living at least semi off grid including caretaking a permaculture farm in Costa Rica and a wilderness waterfall guide in the remote jungles and cloud forests.
I also am an avid mushroom hunter, very interested in herbalism and wild and medicinal plants and all the above! I love gardening, canning, permaculture and anything related.
Honestly I LOVE to chop wood.
