Hello lovely people! im Jess, I'm 29 and I am from Norfolk, England.

I am a creative, currently living in my family home having recovered from an injury in 2024. Now that i am healed I am ready to take on another adventure and spread some more joy!

I have a real passion for nature and connection and supporting children as they learn, grow, and explore the world around them. With a strong foundation in creating a safe and engaging environment, I strive to build trusting relationships wherever I go. During my travels I have been naturally drawn to teaching English to those who are learning. I have taught Cambridge English both privately and in a secondary school during my time in Italy.

I am a smiley, well-mannered, colourful and confident person. I have good communication skills and take to responsibility very well. I pride myself on my attention to detail and am pragmatic and good at problem solving. I am a very organised and creative person and get along easily with all kinds of people.

I have a Higher Diploma in Illustration and work as a freelance illustrator alongside bar and restaurant work.
I am qualified in Food and Beverage Service along with Cellar Management and Maintenance so if there was any requirement for this kind of work that would be no problem.


SKILLS

Art - I am a practising artist and love to use creativity in play. If the children are interested, I can incorporate a range of mediums for sensory and creative play. I also enjoy teaching older children/adults anatomical and still life drawing.

Animal Care - I am knowledgeable and sensible when it comes to animals. I grew up with lots of animals and am from a farming family. I am especially interested in dog behaviour, health and training.

Music - I like to sing, dance and make music. I can play guitar and would be happy to teach and play with anyone who would like to.

Hospitality - I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, I have managed establishments and am more than happy to take on a role

I am an artist, a bartender, a qualified barista and have managed a restaurant. I am practical and hands-on but also an excellent communicator and feel I am very approachable. I excel when given clear instruction and direction and am great with children and animals.
