Description
Hello! We are Jess and Oscar, two freshly graduated students from the University of St Andrews in Scotland! We met in 2022 working at our student radio station. We bonded over our love of music, outdoors, and trying new things. We graduate in July, and instead of moving to London and joining the rat race, we decided to take a couple months and go on an adventure.
We're both trying to improve our Spanish and we can offer language exchange as two fluent English speakers. We'd like to help at a workaway before we start the next chapter in our lives so that we can meet some great people and live in a new place. Over the past few years together, we've travelled to Italy, Germany, Morocco, the USA, and we love adventuring together! But! We also work well together. We have both worked many years in hospitality, so we're more than happy to help out with any tasks we're set to. We especially love creative tasks.

Language learning is one of the most exciting parts of workaway for us! The less English the better! We're both conversational Spanish speakers (pero, despacio porfa !!!) and we'd really like to get better. We can teach English - we've both tutored children before. And! We love talking to people:))

- We have both worked in hospitality (bar/restaurant and coffee shop) for over 7 years so we're very skilled in cooking (food prep and handling), cleaning, maintainence, and customer service.
- We both very outdoorsy so happy to work outside. Gardening and animal care (we both have dogs and love horses) even lifeguarding!
- We speak fluent English and conversational Spanish, and we're both looking for practice.
- We can also help with online work including graphic design, video editing, photography, copywriting. We both have Master of Arts degrees so we're happy to help with any admin stuff you might have!
- Oscar is a European citizen and can drive
