Description
Hi, I'm Amy.
In 2008, I hit the road for a year. Nearly two decades on, I'm still going..! Ha! 🌏💃🤩
The exploration never ends, and it has certainly taken a few forms over the years..! Here is a little lowdown of some of my shenanigans and transferable skills.
Currently, I live and work from my home wheels, P2D2. I've lived (mostly) in a van for nearly 18 years now. This is a great way to sustain my deep connection to the wilds!
I've generally kitted out all my vans myself. I love a good pirate build to get up cycling and practical to create myself a unique living space.
My work is inspired by my pre dereliction for ancient, sacred sites and the natural world. I translate my adventures into artwork, crafting sculptures, amulets, murals, stories and song..the list goes on..!
Inspiring others to tap into their innate creativity is a passion, so I host organized and spontaneous workshops wherever I roam, sharing my skills and being inspired in return. Last summer, I spent 6 months on an eco campsite in Somerset. I fit crafternoons in around my work schedule, teaching jewelry and book making to the guests.
I've definitely pulled a few thousand pints in my life and even scrubbed the odd bog or two..! 💩 Hospitality work has taken me to the outback, the islands and down the High Street!
Beyond that, I have set up festivals, designed decor in event spaces, worked as a fencer in the outback, a peanut butter fairy at super posh foodie events and even a stint as a tour guide on a submarine in Fiji..!
I ran front of house at a fancy retreat centre in Oz, rescued stranded sheep during wild storms whilst farming in NZ, designed and planted herbal/medicinal gardens, mid wifed foal delivery, taught (shocking northern) English to kids and hitchhiked my way across the oceans as yacht crew.
Sometimes, I reallllly enjoy a rest...!
☺️😉🥰
Thank you for reading, have a wonderful day!

Hi, I'm Amy.
In 2008, I hit the road for a year. Nearly two decades on, I'm still going..! Ha! 🌏💃🤩
The adventure never ends, although, it has certainly taken some forms over the years..
Currently, I travel the lands in my beautiful home on wheels, P2D2. Inspired by humans, the living Earth and ancient, sacred sites, I sculpt miniature scenes, translating my experiences into art using crystals and clay. Painting murals, writing stories or cooking up a feast, I'm always in create mode! I host workshops wherever I roam, sharing my skills and being further inspired in return.
Although technically self employed, I enjoy taking other positions to keep me connected with community and assisting with some awesome projects. Collaboration is key!

What else ...
I am the undefeated Dobble champion of the UNIVERSE! 💪😜😂
I am currently house sitting for 4 months in Nottinghamshire, close to where I was born and bred . I'm rounding up my old mates here for 'Try Something New Tuesdays.' It's an experiment in exploration and play, to give creativity free reign as see what flows through us! I have successfully completed my 1st sewing machine lessons through it...woo hoo! And soon, I shall be able to juggle..! 🤔
I am writing my second book!
I travel with a treasure chest of paints, just waiting for a bare patch of wall to lure me in...
I do have a reference, just waiting for it to get uploaded. I spent 6 months on a work away placement in Somerset last year, working on an eco campsite. This and other references are available upon request 🙏
Thanks for your time...maybe meet you soon..?!! 🔥💃🌹🌻✌️😘
