Description

Twenty years ago, I had thought I would be a workawayer and experience a bit of the world before working and getting a 'livelihood'. In reality, life had other plans for me, not involving a passport.

Now, equipped with more life and work experience (behavior therapist/educator for neurodiverse children, teaching English as a foreign language), I am more ready to explore workaway experiences, with more skills to contribute.

I remain curious about so many other ways of living and cultural experiences. Areas that are in my flow of growth now include self-discovery, spirituality, healing experiences and having good and insightful conversations with people from all around the world. I would also love to learn some DIY and gardening/farming skills from getting involved in your household or gardening projects.

I am organised and tidy. I am independent and adaptable to different living and social environments. I also really appreciate some personal space and flexibility in schedule.

I can teach English and Mandarin to both children and adults. I interact and work well with children aged 3-12 (20 years of experience in early childhood and intervention). I can do simple cooking.

I enjoy DIY crafts and creative projects, as well as content creation online. I am a good listener and also a curious observer. I enjoy writing and practising my meditation, and slow walks or cycling - they help my creativity to flow.

I am learning about my energy type (Human Design Manifestor Type) and how to best invest my energy. All of us have different unique energy types and profiles and thus, making the right connection is important and is a gift we give to ourselves.

If our paths can cross, I believe we can learn and grow from one another. ^_^
