My Name is Jacob and I am from Ontario, Canada. The outdoors are my favourite thing. I love our planet and the beauty it holds. I enjoy hiking and canoeing among many other activities you can do outside. I greatly enjoy music of all kinds as well. I am pretty easygoing and enjoy learning about new cultures although I haven't done as much as I like. This is my first time out of Canada the only travel I have done previously is within my home country. My other passion is wine which is why I have travelled to New Zealand. I have just worked a wine harvest in Hawkes Bay which was an amazing experience but that is over now and I am looking for a cool new experience to finish my New Zealand journey.

I have gained a variety of skills through many different experiences in my life. I worked in a kitchen for years and enjoy cooking. I have done lots of weeding and gardening and lawn mowing. I am good with a chainsaw and chopping wood and have a small amount of carpentry experience. I'm comfortable working with tools and helping with building and DIY projects. I am helpful with heavy lifting. And of course household chores and cleaning takes.
