What motivates me and brings me happiness is art and creativity. As a visual artist I’m drawn to gardening. Gardening is like painting the landscape with plants….and you learn to work with mistakes that turn out to be happy little accidents.
If I’m not painting… Gardening and working outdoors is my favorite place to be.
I love designing and maintaining planting arrangements. I’ve spent some time learning about gardening in England.
My long term goal for workaway is to learn skills that would eventually enable me to start my own gardening charity back in Kentucky.
