Hello, my name is Boglárka, but I use my nickname, BOGI. I am a 29 year old female from Hungary. I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and looking for volunteer opportunities during June and July.

So far, all of my volunteering experiences have been positive and rewarding. During university, I was a member of ESN (Erasmus Student Network), where we organized events and activities for international exchange students. It was a great opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and help them feel welcome in a new country.

Last year, I spent a week volunteering at an elephant sanctuary in Laos. It gave me a completely different perspective on the country than I would have gained as a tourist and showed me how meaningful cultural exchange and hands-on volunteering can be.

Back at home, I used to work as a Physiotherapist, but here in Australia I mainly worked in hospitality. I love exploring new parts of the world, learning about different lifestyles, and seeing how people live in other communities and cultures.

I am naturally curious and enjoy learning new things, whether it's gaining knowledge, developing practical skills, or discovering more about myself through new experiences. I believe that every volunteer opportunity offers something valuable to learn.
