I love new adventures! I am curious and always down to see new places and meet new people! I also enjoy reading and to skate. I am also very interested in learning new languages and cultures!

Description

I am 20 years old and grew up in Stockholm in Sweden. I have throughout my upbringing been good at planning and making things happen. I am a planner through and through and I am the person who makes sure that all the prerequisites are in place

I am an eager to learn and goal oriented. I love to learn new things and always improve my skills. I'm social and love to meet new people and share my culture and learn more about new ones! I'm very playful and got a lot of creative ideas! In my spare time I usually read, go on small adventures, work out, play games and hang out with my friends!
When I was fourteen, I wanted to travel on my own in Europe, which my parents flat out said no to. I drew up a detailed plan on the trip, and after I presented it
to my parents they were convinced that I could handle it and I was allowed to go.
It was a great experience - not only from the journey, but knowing that I can.

I have also traveled a lot by myself since then. After graduation, I made the decision to travel through several cities around the UK myself. With a briefly made plan I set off and planned the details of the trip as I went along. This gave me a lot of experience in, among other things, planning and problem solving. As well as learning how to travel and live by my own.

Given how spontaneous I am, I also have good stress tolerance. I can deal with crisis situations and still remain calm and find strategies and ideas to solve the problems. I believe that nothing is impossible and that if things don't go as planned, there are always ways to solve them.

Travel is something I live for and I'm always happy to get to know people on the way! I'm very social and love to create new relationships with anyone! I also love to help people and most people would probably call me an empath. Sometime in the future I would probably like to become a teacher. I love to work with/around children. Especially since I'm a very playful and energetic person. I would also love to help maintaining the house and any other chores that may be needed!

Right now I study Italian and I would love to learn more about the culture and language!

More details about my language interests
I would love to learn Italian since I started to study the language earlier this year. I am extremely motivated and learn quickly. I could also offer to teach both Swedish and English since I am fluent in both.

I have previously been working as a summer camp leader for children ages 7-14 several times. I took care of the children and also used to play and host games with the groups. Additionally I worked as a caretaker and helped with maintaining the garden and the nature surrounding and houses. I've also been babysitting my baby-cousins a lot during my teens. Therefore I'm used to playing, teaching and taking care of children. This year I worked at an indoor playground for children for a couple of months, but unfortunately the place had to close down. It was really fun and I got experience with hosting birthday parties and taking care of the premises.

I have been working at a restaurant that hosts special occasions, such as weddings and parties since 2021. I have experience with serving food, taking orders and also taking care of dishes and standing in the bar.

I have been working as a dog sitter in my early teens and went out on walks with a neighbour’s dog once or twice every week. My family also owns a dog and a cat and I am therefore used to both. When I was younger I had a bunch of rodents so I would say I am pretty used to animals and pets over all!

I am definitely used to solo traveling ever since I was 14 when I traveled to Switzerland and France on my own. After graduation I planned a trip to the UK and traveled to multiple cities on my own for about a month. I have also travelled to Italy where I stayed about a month as a WorkAwayer.
