Hi everyone,
I'm Isabelle, 28 years old Dutchie, currently on a sabbatical year looking to volunteer!
I would love to help other people and animals and to learn new things and skills.
I would say I'm an active person with a lot of hobbies, I love music and going to concerts, painting, cooking, going for a hike or a run or doing yoga. Also I am a big animal lover, we've always had dogs back home so I got experience there. I really love being outside and enjoying nature as well. My personality I'd describe as easy going, open minded, calm and caring.
I've lived and worked abroad before in Australia for two years, there I had many different jobs like farm work, housekeeping/maintenance and reception work at a remote camping/holiday lodge, and many hospitality jobs like barkeeping and serving in restaurants. I cherish the time I had there, with so many new experiences, adventures, and lovely people I met along the way.
I love traveling, my parents took me and my sisters budget backpacking every year from when we were young every summer holiday. I am so grateful for them to have done that. Not only have I seen many beautiful places but I think it also gave us a lot of life experience and a open minded view on the world. Now with volunteering I am looking to give something back to our beautiful earth.
Note: My destination(s) will depend on where I will find a place to volunteer, I am open to go anywhere in Europe, back to Australia or somewhere else in the world!

I have a lot of experience in: hospitality like bar keeping, waiting tables, and working in a kitchen. Housekeeping, cleaning, cooking, dog sitting, basic farm work, reception/administration work and social media managing. I also had CPR training.
I have a bit of experience in: taking care of kids, basic construction and maintenance, gardening and Adobe software (mainly Indesign and Illustrator).
