Description
Hello! My name is Ireland (Ire for short). My whole life I’ve always wanted to travel and meet people from everywhere; I’ve been traveling on and off since October of 2021, doing various Workaway jobs. I’ve enjoyed all my adventures immensely and still haven’t quite gotten the travel bug out of my system. This winter I’ll be exploring southern Italy and will be looking for workaway hosts focusing mainly on outdoor projects but am open to pretty much anything!

I have a fairly large family, 5 siblings (youngest is now 8 and oldest is 29) as well as a 5 year old niece and several younger cousins so I have lots of first hand experience with children. I also have experience waiting tables (5 years) and love animals, having previously worked in a pet-boarding facility. I also got the chance to work on few smaller farms where I really learned a lot and loved getting my hands dirty! I always make it a priority to help where help is needed and learn as much as I can in the process.

Ire is a go-getter! She has her own motivation and you can feel she really enjoy all the shores at the farm.
She is very delicate and very organized. She has a lot of good ideas and does not mind to discuss them to improve them.

Staying with Michael and Clare was wonderful! The week flew by before I knew it and I enjoyed every day. There are beautiful walks with views of the mountains and stores in walking distance. Ire was a great guest, neat, helpful and clean. She was a big help with all the spring garden chores. She worked very well unsupervised and was focused and productive with her time in the garden.
