I love being outdoors, running, lifting weights at the gym and hiking. I also like cooking and nutrition, trying food from different countries and drinking good coffee, with good company.

Description

Before raising my family in the U.K. I spent time travelling as an au pair and also working for tour companies in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
My love of travel has never left me and I am fortunate now to be able to travel more regularly. I speak some Italian and I am particularly interested in learning other languages, immersing myself in different cultures, and learning new skills such as how to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
I am excited to meet a variety of people and embrace this new chapter in my life.

I am a qualified TEFL teacher and have experience teaching English to children, teenagers and adults. I am interested in continuing to teach conversational English whilst also teaching myself new languages.

I am qualified to teach English as a foreign language and have taken part in residential courses for adults and teenagers as a volunteer teacher. I teach conversational English online and also have varied classroom experience teaching in the UK.
In the past I have worked as a health project co-ordinator, learning mentor, receptionist, tour guide and as an au pair.
At university I studied health and wellbeing and I enjoy reading and learning about new research in exercise and health and using this to inform my lifestyle.
