Description

Hello there! My name is Hele and am currently spending my time traveling and working before starting university in the fall.
I want to use the time after finishing high school to get to know new places and people.
I am in general a positive and curious person who loves calm moments like reading a book on a rainy day or or listening to music on a walk through nature although I am also always up for an adventure or some adrenaline.
Trying new things alway brings me joy and because of that I am open to all kinds of responsibilities. A priority while traveling is for me to connect with new people and learn something about your take on life from every person I meet.

I would describe myself as a person who can pick up new skills pretty quickly and if I set my mind on something I am usually focused and persistent.
In Hamburg (Germany) I spend the last months working in an ice cream shop and taking care of our horse. Therefore I have experience working outside (and inside) and especially every minute spend with an animal makes me happy. In addition to the job in the ice cream shop I have worked as a babysitter for two kids. Both jobs have taught me a lot about patience and responsibility.
The three months that I spend doing work an travel in New Zealand made me realize that with a good attitude it's possible to successfully do pretty much any job around house and garden and rewarding a lot of those odd jobs are.
I love to exercise and especially going jogging or playing soccer with friends helps me to switch off and get in a good mood. Also I am always kind and open with everyone I meet which in my opinion is the most important foundation for working and living at new places.

There are a lot of things that fascinate me even though I don’t have the time or opportunity to them at home. Examples of these are Yoga, Surfing, horsemanship, hiking or board/card games.
