Hi there, my name is August (used to be Hans), I am from Belgium and my main interests are philosophy, healing, sustainability, permaculture, spirituality, meditation. I have worked in the past as an IT consultant but then decided to go traveling in a van to explore communities and all sorts of alternative ways of living. The past three years I've had the privilege to soak up the knowledge and life experiences from the wonderful people who, so unapologetically, live their lives according to their own personal beliefs. This diversity has helped me to get to know myself, it inspires me to keep following my own dreams.
Now I've come back to Belgium, looking for the next step forward. Trying to find a way to share this experience. Trying to ground myself again, maybe find a place to settle.
I like the free life with few obligations. A life of slow, deliberate, conscious thoughts, actions. Instead of the fast-paced, habits-driven hectic life that is so normalized in our society. I find that this creates more authenticity, which in turn stimulates personal development, growth.
I an looking forward to meet you, to share stories, to laugh and enjoy life.
