My name is Haje, a 23-year-old from the Netherlands. I love building connections, whether through social interactions or creative activities like theater, hiphop dance, and football.

During my previous volunteer work in Vietnam at Center for Sustainable Development Studies, I had the opportunity to teach children, prepare food, and provide physiotherapy. This experience helped me become more flexible and open to new cultures and ways of life.

I'm excited for a new adventure of hitchhiking and working away :)

I have a background in physiotherapy and over five years of experience working in hospitality, which has taught me a lot about caring for others and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I have worked in sports physiotherapy and with elderly. Next to that I'm an uncle next to my day-to-day job, so I have some experience with taking care of children :)

I have also worked at a NGO in Vietnam for 4 months during my minor, working at Center for Sunstainable Development Studies , so I have experience in working with people with dissabilities.

I stayed at Javi's for 2 weeks on a last-minute ask, and it was actually the best experience!! He was very flexible with my hitchhiking schedule and welcomed me very warmly. I stayed at Francesca, Jacopo and the kids for 8 days with a friend. It was such an amazing experience, seeing what a day in the life is on a farm in the beautiful Dolomites.
