Hey there! I am a 23 yo Moroccan adventurer currently living in Belgium for my Masters degree, and I am about to graduate. I am looking for a volunteering opportunity in Europe for the period between end of june until mid august (not necessarily the entire period).


I love immersing myself in new contexts, whether culturally or intellectually different from the ones I am used to; as I believe that is the main way to grow as person. I live for deep conversations and human interactions; and that's why I like to travel, or simply .. to move. Moving opens new horizons for the greatest connections, and most importantly reminds you of the endless ways one life can be lived. 

I consider myself to be a creative individual. I try to live a creative life, and wear my artistic lens even outside the studio. Art for me is about the process, as it teaches you to be grounded and present in the moment and pushes you to access areas of your brain that are not usually functional on the daily.

I am very curious, open-minded and always ready to explore. My flexibility and adaptability skills help me in that regard, as exploring implies being put in situations one is not familiar with. I take pride in the fact that I will eventually figure it out, and if I don't then I learned something in the process. 

I do things with intention. I always try to be mindful of how my acts impact my surroundings. I care about societal and environmental impact. I am a huge animal lover and act as such: I eat fully plant-based. I am often engaged in community work. I love nature. I love life.

Beyond that? You'll find me at the gym, training barefoot because I love feeling grounded, or exploring healthy versions of a different cuisine each time. And if I am bored of buidlings, you'll see me in a mountain but this time with hiking shoes on.

I can help teaching the languages I am fluent in, I am not a certified nor a professional instructor but can certainly help with my knowlelge when it comes to languages learning methods. I am also very open to learning new languages, ALL are welcome. I would LOVE and APPRECIATE learning to communicate a bit in the local language of the place I am staying in.

I have interned extensively in marketing, events and logistics, as my Masters degree is on International Strategic Marketing, so I got both the theory and the practice when it comes to brand strategies and helping businesses find their unique edge, content creation, or events organization; from planning and promotion to execution. I was also actively involved in volunteering, organizing charity events from literal scratch.

As the oldest sister in my family, I have basically been a second mother to my younger siblings since a young age. Taking care of them has made me incredibly patient, responsible and great with kids. Whether it's entertaining, teaching, or just looking out for them, I feel completely at ease around children

I am fluent in French, English, Darjia (Moroccan Dialect) and standard Arabic. I have also been team leader in a debate club and been a national debate champion in the English section. I can help with language exchange, translations or tutoring.

I have a hands on, problem solving mentality, I like figuring things out and won't hesitate to help with tasks, whether it's organizing, cleaning or setting things up. I have lived far from family, and with roommates for 6 years now and I am very responsible.

I enjoy cooking, especially Moroccan dishes (ever had a real homemade tajine?). And now I cook fully plant based.

I pick up skills fast, whether it's a new software, fixing things or helping with DIY projects!! I am very versatile.
